ReVisioning Men’s Behaviour Change Program- Group Facilitators (sessional)
About the Role
VAC, Victoria’s largest provider of LGBTI health services is now recruiting for an appropriately qualified as a MBCP Group Facilitator (sessional) with practice experience that meets NTV/MRS standards.
Clinically, you will have demonstrable skills and experience in delivering MBCP and trauma- informed and brief intervention practice experience. Knowledge of HIV and Hep C is desirable.
- ReVisioning MBCP sits within the Counselling, AOD & Family Violence Services.
- The successful candidate will work with the LGBTIQ IPFV team to deliver a high quality service to same gender attracted men participating in the group.
- Work alongside the LGBTIQ IPFV team to strengthen the ReVisioning program, inclusive of the partner contact support service.
- ReVisioning Group Facilitators ( sessional) will report to the Program Coordinator, LGBTIQ Intimate Partner and Family Violence & when required to the Manager, Counseling, AOD & Family Violence Services.
The ReVisioning MBCP Group Facilitator (sessional) position is Casual.
Members of the LGBTI community, people living with HIV and those with lived experience of recovery from alcohol and other drug issues are encouraged to apply.
